St. Francis Church serves the communities of Hardwick, Hanwell Fields and Ruscote The church is a partnership of Church of England, Methodist, United Reformed church and the Catholic Church.
In addition to church activities we host an Age Concern Day centre, a "Community Drop in", Guides and Brownies and keep fit and slimmer’s groups.
Our work on Hanwell Fields estate mostly takes place in the Community Centre where our curate The Rev Chris Gaynor and his team head up encounter coffee mornings on Thursdays and "That God Thing" on Sunday evenings.
