The Breathe Easy network provides support and information for people living with a lung condition and for those who look after them. Breathe Easy is part of the British Lung Foundation – the only UK charity working for everyone affected by lung disease and breathing problems.
Breathe Easy Banbury usually meet on the first Monday of each month at the Territorial Army Centre, Oxford Road, from 2-4pm. At the meetings we have a range of speakers; medical, fun, information. The group goes on at least two outings a year and regularly mans awareness tables and fund raising events locally. Over the last year we have bought equipment for the Horton Hospital and the Oxon Respiratory Nursing Team.
Anyone with breathing/chest problems, their family, carers, friends are welcome to joint us. We also value fit volunteers who have an interest in the above. The group is free to join and members receive a newsletter twice a year. Please see the diary for details of our forthcoming events.
