Open 10am.- 12 noon, Monday to Friday. - The Council For Voluntary Service (CVS) *Supports voluntary groups in North Oxfordshire *Develops initiatives in the voluntary sector *Provides services to local voluntary organisations *Facilitates co- operation between voluntary bodies, local authorities and voluntary organisations. The Volunteer Bureau recruits and places volunteers within local charitable and voluntary organisations and operates a transport scheme using volunteer drivers to provide 'essential' transport for those who are unable to access public transport or the help of friends or family.
