Banbury Town Council consists of 22 elected members who represent various areas of the Town.
The Town Council is intent on revitalising the services and community activities within the Town as it is the layer of local government, which is closest to the people. Although the Town Council itself only has limited powers it can work with the other Councils, and public agencies to solve problems and provide facilities which might not otherwise have been addressed.
